Ordered a part on 25 June 2019, and was told it would be shipped to me. On 29 June I went to see about getting other parts and was told the original part I ordered was shipping on 27 June and I should have it by 01July. Well, no show. Then I called and was again told it was shipped and would arrive on 08July then again told 15July. Then was called by a representative to confirm on 17July that the part would fit my truck???? So they had lied to my face and then repeatedly over the phone. It did arrive late evening on 19July. ... read more
