I can't say enough good things about Hermine's bare sculpt class! It's always challenging and no one class is the same so it's always interesting. Hermine is an exceptionally knowledgeable and supportive instructor. Highly recommend checking out any of her classes.

All wellness is a beyond wonderful studio with a beautiful atmosphere, one on one client attention, a class for every level and need (for both healing and fitness) and a staff that is passionate and goes above and beyond ! Highly recommend!
I MUST rave about Arica, who has been giving me private Pilates lessons for a couple of years now. This woman rocks! I am differently-abled and can't do mat work or anything that makes me rest on my knees. We work together to modify those types of moves. She always encouraged me to try things a few different ways and gives her input as to what is working for me or against me.
