No respect for the time. Appointment was scheduled at 12 over the phone. When went for the appointment, receptionist said appointment is for 1:15 not 12, when i said it was for 12 she switched and said okay its for 12:15 but have more People in front of us. Took us more hours than expected appointment should. Zero respect for a patient for a family with kid
