Too bad you can't give a 0. After using these people for 6 years + having them put in a $3800 ejector pump for me that worked perfectly for 5 years, it broke. I didn't blame them thinking it's probably just a part that went bad and they could fix it so I called them and no one got back to me and after 2 days of calling I called + told the secretary I used you guys 9 times in 5 years and you always call back within 24 hours. she goes I don't know. no 1's getting back to me. finally I called a separate cell phone number I had ... read more
