The thermometer and the ac stopped working so I called the service. Their engagement model is service call fee $149 and provides a repair quote. If a customer agrees with the quote, the service fee will be waived and only the repair fee will be charged. Two technicians showed up and found out there was a switch on the wall needs to be turned on. We had no idea why the switch was off. We were on vacation and received a notification that our house was not receiving heat. Friends went over and they also realized there was no hot water. We had a few local plumbers stop by and tell us that they were not able to get a part we needed until most likely Tuesday since there's a blizzard on its way. While on the plane heading home we looked up 24 hour places in the hopes that someone would be able to get the house and fix our heating system.
