Very good customer service they respond very quick
I called this company to take a look at my central air conditioner which stopped working. They told me it will be a $95 service call which will be used for any parts and repairs if I decide to do it. The technician came and found it was a blown fuse up in the attic. Without asking for my permission he replaced the fuse and then told me it was $275 for parts which is a $6 fuse. He then told me that I need to replace my thermostat as well which was still working and tried to install a Honeywell thermostat for $450 which is a $... read more
