DO NOT USE ALL WEEK PLUMBING!!! I called them to check for a water leak in my 2nd floor bathroom. The plumber they sent looked around the bathroom, and without checking behind the faucets determined that it must have been my kids who spilled a lot of water. He then proceeded to bash the ceiling of my 1st floor bathroom (below the 2nd fl bathroom) to "make sure there is no leak".
