Horrible service, went in to ask about renting a furniture dolly and the employee whom I was speaking to decided to take a phone call in the middle of talking to me. Then instead of finishing assisting me just ignored me and talked to the phone customer. I asked the other employee there if he could help and he said nope, only that guy can pointing at the guy on the phone.

Love to find a number for the owner or management here. No point in talking to the worker here. Awful facilities. Serious issue with a unit that has an owner who leaves food and debris everywhere. I have two units and do not feel safe leaving my belongings in them due to the likelihood that mice will be attracted to the units or some random crap or spillage will go into mine from this other unit.
