Called this company because of reviews tech came and looked at unit said no refrigerant in system said would charge it and add dye which I thought was fine called his office and said they did not want to do this and would send a salesman to talk about replace complete system ( tech said maybe 13K) did not do anything except look at components and charged 240.00 plus tax now I have to find another company all I said to the tech is I just want a honest evaluation would not recon unless prepared for a set up for. Installed a central air system with all Weather after losing ours after Sandy and have used them since for all our air conditioning needs. We are very happy with the company from speaking with the professional people in the office to the techs that come out to your house. Great company.
In the middle of a heat wave, my AC stopped working on a Friday. I called Jena at All Weather, and she immediately sent a technician, Kevin, to see what was happening. Kevin said the motor had to be replaced, but, unfortunately, there were no Lennox motors available locally and so Jena ordered the motor from Texas and had it expedited. Jena tracked the motor all weekend, working on her days off just to keep track of it. When it finally showed up, another technician, Roberto, came immediately to install it! Thank heavens!
