The professional who installed the door was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful.
The salesperson, Chris, and schedulers I dealt with were all very helpful and professional. John, who did the install, was a very nice man, however certainly not a perfectionist. He was the only installer, which may be typical for jobs my size (10 windows, 2 stories), however it took him 3 days and the work was sloppy. My husband had to point out several trim pieces that were too short which he then redid, no problem, however if we hadn't mentioned it, he would've left it that way. Sales rep. was very knowledgeable and didn't use high pressure tactics to get a sale. He answered any questions we had and took his time in explaining the features of the product.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Installers were great!
Only complaint is the installer started late in the morning and worked late in the evening and the install took 3 day to complete.

I apologize we had to start later in the day, a lot of the time we are waiting for the materials to be delivered to start the project. As far as the 3 days to complete, our guys take great pride in their work, so that tends to take a bit more time than the "typical" install. Glad you hear you were satisfied overall
Wonderful salesman..no pressure to buy. Very honest. We thought that we needed to replace all our windows and he told us that there was nothing wrong with the windows, we did have one pane that needed to be replaced. Saved us thousands. We did purchase an entry way door. Beautiful!! Excellent service!!
Took a long time to get all the scheduled days to start but once underway everything was finished in a day 1/2!!! FANTASTIC work and beautiful finish!!!
The crew was efficient, pleasant and got the whole project done in 2 days. The finished windows look great both inside and out.
