Roofing company ripped/kicked satellite dish off the roof when they started. Left dish swinging off the side of the roof by the coax for 2 days. When they left they laid the dish back down on the roof without reinstalling, I had to pay Direct to come out and reinstall. Lazy work, I won't use them again.

They came by to do a free estimate on my roof. Never received an estimate and they never responded to my calls or emails.

My friend has been waiting for over a week for them to come fix her ceiling after one of them fell through it. Promised to show up twice and she's been waiting again today for them to get there. It's 9am now. They were supposed to be there at 8am.
