DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Contracted AWR back in Aug 2024, after the Temple tornado. Jay took the down payment, and deductible over $10k, started the work but never finished. After months of excuses, missed appointments, and lies, Jay stopped returning calls, texts and emails. Recently filed a complaint with the BBB. We'll see if anything comes of it.
*Hire this Company for Your Job* If you need a reliable contractor in the CTX area, look no further than Jay and the team at AWR Roofing. We started with a roof replacement, but Jay ended up helping us with a wide range of restoration projects, including drywall, painting, and deck/fence work. He is good at making value recommendations as well! Jay is responsive, works hard, and clearly takes pride in his work. This is one of the easiest reviews I’ve written in a long time. AWR Roofing was super helpful with my roofing issues. They are very professional and have obvious experience in their field. There was no sales pressure on anything, they just checked out my concerns and were just upfront about the issues; and are very reasonable with their labor costs. I had an excellent experience with J. He was consistently kind and professional, demonstrating a strong commitment to communication by being responsive and following up regularly. His pricing is also fair and VERY reasonable. I am pleased to have found someone for my roof issues. He is just a good person, and I highly recommend him.
I've had Jay and his folks out at my home twice now for a leak repair. I sure wish I would have had him working on this house when it was built as he was able to identify a number of issues and correct them quickly and without a headache. His prices are reasonable and darn quick on the work. He puts a great warranty on his work and always responds to questions. Top tier work from AWR. Couldn't recommend them any higher!
