There was a problem with my HVACsystem that was not diagnosed by my contractor. Then I hired All Weather company. The technician who was dispatched tried hard then he called his colleague. They both worked together and discovered there was a blockage in duct. They resolved the issue by working as team.
All Weather replaced our ground floor gas heater with an electric heater installed in our attic in April of 2021 and everything works as well today as it did on installation day - thanks to Spring & Fall maintenance visits !
Have used them a bit for repairs at rental houses and always had a good experience but never 1 on 1 with techs. I had a power surge at my personal house that messed up my unit and really got to experience the customer service. They communicated so well, techs were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to explain the process of getting the heat back on. They showed up when they said they would with the right parts to make the repair. Honestly can’t think of a better experience I’ve had with an HVAC company.
Very professional and great work in a timely manner.
