Issue should have been identified during service visit I pay for. Still took 2 visits to find mfg defect. Unit under warranty but getting charged for 2 service calls and, what is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of, a part lookup fee. I have called twice and sent 3 emails and no one cares enough to reach out so I am not important enough to offer good customer service. Service quality has gone down iver last 8-10 years and even more so in last 2 years.
Excellent service. Came home from being out of town and my upstairs unit was working. They were at my house within the hour and fixed it. Thank you so much.
We just got home from vacation with 3 small kids to find out our a/c was not working it’s around 95. Outside today so super hot I called and let me tell you this company was the sweetest came out and fixed the problem within the hour we are so very thankful to have found them!!
Outstanding company! Arthur was quick to show up, went right to the problem and had us back up and running in no time. Very responsive and did not break the bank. Will be using this company again for any issues.
