DO NOT USE!! This company/Tipping Hat/ their technician Kodiak Ansel tried to rip me off. I asked them to come out and quote me for what it would take to fix my A/C. After looking at the unit they tried to tell me that both the A/C Unit and the furnace would need to be replaced, and that they could do it for the measly sum of $13,000. Yes a BARGAIN OF $13K. I got a second opinion and it ended up being a wiring issue that cost me $200 TOTAL to fix. NEVER USE THESE GUYS, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! I would give them 0 stars if I coul... read more

We scheduled an appointment and no one ever came out at the time they said they would. They never called to say they needed to cancel or reschedule. They also gave us a timeframe of two hours so we basically sat around waiting for nothing. Poor service.
