I call them due to my AC/Heating unit not working and my electric bill skyrocketing. Randall was very knowledgeable and was able to determine the issue of the compressor right away and walked me through everything he did to determine the issue. He is very upfront and honest, which is hard to find these days. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
I called Randy this morning to see if he could come take a look at my HVAC that wasn’t working. Since I was a first time customer, I was surprised to hear him say that he would fit me into his morning schedule that same day. He showed up an hour later and diagnosed the issue very quickly.
