The receptionist lady answering the phone was nice prior to initial work being done. However, after completion of the initial work needing to be done and inquiring about additional service she was rude. Seems like she was only nice when it came to being paid and not about the services being provided. The workers who worked on my family’s places were nice. However, again, the receptionist lady was terrible, unprofessional and dismissive.
Diagnosed the problem, provided the solution in a timely matter. Worked efficiently, were professional and even turned off the lights and shut the door to the furnace area.
5 stars! Called All Weather the day before Thanksgiving after my furnace went out. They came out the same day. Explained everything, figured out the problem & fixed it at a reasonable price. Y’all earned a new customer! Big thanks to Ivan, he is a top notch tech, very personable, & gets the job done!
