Ashley. Take them to small claims. At least u will get some of your $ back. That is so low they did a crummy job twice because u r a woman. I just have a short gutter over the porch edge.Can't believe anyone uses them with your review with proof. Just get on a ladder and ADD A Little section ( Measure size, take to ACE). to that gap. That is a easy remedy.. GLUE WITH,SEALER.
I am not one to bash a local business but I am so over them ignoring me. I had Allways Roofing install "seamless" gutters on my house 2 years ago. They didn't even last 1 year and half of them fell off and flooded my muddroom. I reached out to them and the guy came to "fix" them (as you can see on the second picture) he left a big gap between the "seams".
