Jake is great. Communication was fast and easy right away, he is very responsive and got us in for a small job on short notice during the time window we needed.

Jake was fantastic! He communicated right away and came out on Sunday. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and did a great job repairing our leaking pipe As well as providing Helpful advice! Now I know who to call whenever I need a Plumber hearing in Bend!

I’m so impressed with the service we received from All-Ways. Our water heater gave out and Jake was quick to respond to our inquiry. He proactively looked for replacement parts before arriving to have options handy, but upon further inspection we needed a replacement. The installation was quick and we had hot water again in no time. Jake and Elisa were knowledgeable, communicative, and very kind throughout the whole process. Thank you SO much, All-Ways team!

Jake was very professional. He communicated when he was going to arrive, explained everything he was recommending and why. Very knowledgeable Definitely would recommend him for any plumbing issues. Contacted me the next day after to ask if I had any issues.

I highly recommend Jake and his team! Jake came out right away (within an hour of calling) to help with our water heater and was able to get everything taken care of quickly. He was personable, knowledgeable, and very upfront about what was going on, what needed to be done, and the cost. He even had the proper parts and equipment on hand to get the job done.
