I cannot say enough good things about Allie and her team of chefs that prepared 4 meals for us during our wedding weekend. I contacted Allie with an exact list of items I wanted her to make--NONE of them had anything in common and she said challenge accepted. BOY did she deliver. I mean the food was INCREDIBLE all weekend. She made us a beautiful fancy dinner Friday night, Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday and a phenomenal dinner of our favorite foods Saturday night. 5 stars for the private in-home chef (Allie) who turned a short-notice birthday bash into a culinary masterpiece! When I called in a panic, thinking we'd be stuck with Red Lobster, Olive Garden or the other usual suspects, this chef swooped in like a gourmet fairy godmother. She was accommodating, gracious, and thoughtful, crafting a meal that made my guests think I had planned this shindig for months. I’m pretty sure she sprinkled a little magic into every dish. Next time I need to impress on a whim, I’m calling her first!
Chef Allie put the sparkle in our holiday book club gathering. A full menu of delight after delight. Each dish was as beautiful to look at as it was to eat. While we chatted and laughed, Allie quietly created little culinary masterpieces - and then like magic it was all cleaned up. The kitchen was spotless. Our group is already talking about when we can invite Allie again!

Chef Allie provided a wonderful experience after we were unable to do fine dining out at our usual restaurant for our anniversary. She brought the fine dining to us, taking us through different types of cuisine, each dish delicious. Every aspect of our experience was perfect. She handled everything easily and I would highly recommend her for any of your events.
