Absolutely awful! Mal Pharr, customer service rep, is incompetent and rude. I was quoted a price for mailings. Later, I was told that there would be an extra charge as Mal "forgot" that postage would have to be put on the mailers. The price went up about 30%. When I questioned Mal about the difference, he got rude and impatient with me. I will NEVER use this company again because of their one employee.
