Listen to their message while you wait for an answer. Then, hangup! Nothing but lies about caring, professionalism, etc, etc. After 7 months of receiving services, they very rudely and unceremoniously let me know, over the phone, that today would be the last day of my care. I called in to inquire if they have a caregiver for me tomorrow (Saturday). They do not work Saturday or Sunday. Finding care for the weekend is like begging for crumbs on a street corner! The required/contracted services were not provided and they have not issued a refund. Management is unresponsive and so is Customer Complaint line. You have proceed with further action for resolution.
Office and Field staff doing a great job caring for patients. Kind and Caring!
Caregivers should be mandated to drug test! Caring for a loved one, another human being (!) is the most precious, can be difficult, work there is and the most consequential to our most vulnerable.
Would not recommend! Vast majority of caregivers are unreliable!
