We were really happy with the service we got. They were on time and always very professional.
Staff is horrible and treat the caregivers like scum..they came in fired everyone , brought in people who can’t do their own job and messed up everything for the hardworking employees . Can’t keep anyone and they underpay. Clients are unsatisfied. A fine line of no respect for the ones who are out in the field .
Always Caring provides at home personal duty care. As a nurse and employee I was pleasantly surprised at how well this company not only puts the clients and the families first,but also the employees. Highly recommend this company if you need private care at home or in an assisted living.
Don't bother calling them. They don't return your call. I was supposed to receive a call from "Stacy" regarding a new service. Never happened.
You deserve below a one star. Thank you for letting me down and ignoring the phone calls to provide home health services. It is a shame you'll don't have a back up plan for business when we get a lot of rain.
