I used to work for All Ways Caring and I would not recommend them to anyone. They pay caregivers very low wages, despite how hard and emotionally demanding the work is. We were expected to go above and beyond for clients, yet the company showed very little appreciation for its employees. Communication was poor, and we were often left feeling unsupported and undervalued. If you're a caregiver looking for fair pay and respectful treatment, look elsewhere. This company clearly prioritizes profits over people.

Hello and good day I would like to say this company is not the one you would want to have work for you. They are misleading and do not care for what the client ask. They dont care who they send out and only concerns are what they want, they are controlling and the company policy's are not ones they follow. I worked there for about three months before I fully could not stand being at work. I was isolated, discriminated against and looked down upon. I was also given many bad experiences with management. I started to documentate events that were happening to me and when I decided to quit my work notebook as well as my private notebook were ripped up and thrown away. I felt violated that they had went threw all my things. I definitely will take this job experience as a hard learning lesson. Thank you

Unprofessional, absolutely incompetent and a waste of time.. I submitted an application for a branch management position, the recruiter Hannah White gave me a call and believed I was qualified to interview with the Executive Director Elizabeth Flores. Hannah missed our phone screening and told me she “glanced over my response with a preferred time” and went downhill since then. I’ve reached out to Hannah and never ever received a response.
