From Amy(mgr) going out of her way one day to get me someone asap as we were 3 hrs away, to assigning Rosalind who definitely was a life line to 91 yr old MIL, this agency is superb. It's been 8 mos and Ros is MIL's BF. Not sure what she would do without her. Very reasonable rates and worth the peace of mind.
Went there to get finger printed for a job this past Friday morning. The nurse was very polite and professional. Great work
Hood ghetto and unprofessional as hell!!! Who would want to trust people like that with your life!!! At least have educated sounding people to speak over the phone geesh!!!!
After trying two other homecare services, we struck GOLD with All Ways Caring! We are so pleased; from the first call, to the intake, to meeting personally (at our home) with the caseworker (Amy is superb), to after-hour phone calls, to our now wonderful aid, we don't know what we would do without their love, attention, and care for our parents. Amazing. Give them a call; we love them. Our folks are 96 (the client) and 90 and they are able to stay more independent, in their own home, and thrive with this support.
