All Ways Caring HomeCare has been such a blessing in our lives. They have consistently provided home health care for many years for my father who is a disabled veteran. All Ways Caring Fort Lauderdale office is the best in broward county. Office staff are very experience, knowledgeable and friendly with both clients, and employees.
One of the worst places ever. I was assigned this agency through the VA for the 14 hours I only received 10. I was told my Velma at the Fort Lauderdale office that the other 4 hours were for times when and if I was running behind from work. I came home last week to find my father home alone in his chair. He has Dementia and is a fall risk. The aid leaves at 7 normally I arrived at 7:18. Where was the miss communication.
