Allways caring is one of the best agencies that I have ever worked for and the staff in the office is awesome.
My Aunt Evelyn receives services through allways caring home care and I can't thank them enough for coordinating her services. Chelsea is my aunts current care giver and she provides excellent care to her and treats us as if we're her own family.
I am a caregiver for this company and they do not run things correctly...they've lied to my clients telling them I said things that I havent said....they dont keep the clients inform about no information about anything and they also have a big mess in the office and dont know what there doing....if if your looking for a company I would not work here....i wish I could rate them a zero because they deserve it.
My son, Jordan Knight, is a client of All Ways Caring Home Care. We have not had service in over a month. I have not received any communication from the agency after calling several times. I also have reason to believe they may have billed Medicaid for services we did not receive. Last service received was on December 18th and not one call from the office to inform me aide wasn't coming back.
