This company, always caring homecare, are not i repeat ARE NOT reliable. Branch manger could not keep her words. The CEO called me wanting to know what happened. Ensure you get their policies up front. Transparency is not part of their program. The only agency I know in over 16 years that expects a quadriplegic with no use of her hands to give her own medicine to herself. Even her case manager from the head and spinal cord injury waiver program was awestrucked by this requirement. Coordinated team effort would most likely have averted this. Though if you private pay the sky is the limit on what they will do for a client but apparently the waiver programs are not.

I contacted the Office for PC2 services in the Charleston SC office. Only had 2 conversations concerning availability with intake with Kay . Received an email stating Kay lied about conversations we had regarding type of service requested and current patient Healthcare issues. Tried calling both Kay and the Manager to clarify the situation and both refused to talk. An attempt to clarify that none of the discrepancy health issues were valid.
