Everything is great with this business as long as nothing goes wrong. We had our chair serviced 11/2023. The technician installed a new battery plus $100 service fee. We left for Florida after Christmas and returned in April. The chair stopped working in May. We just got billed$729.48 for parts and labor. The parts included another new battery! I called a week ago about preventative maintenance. I was put on their list and have not received the call back yet.
Aman was the best. Repaired a convoluted problem. Professional and courteous. Hope he comes back for the yearly check up!
