if I could give minus stars...how high can you count? We hired Jim to winterize our home. Turned on and pipes had burst....cant get to him by phone ..message box full...see you in court, Jim
Jim & Sean were extremely good guys, came out on short notice to do an inspection and took about 30 mins walking me through the reason why our water was a little smelly, inconsistent pressure, staining toilet bowls, and leaving residue on dishes. He offered me several options to remedy the issues and his recommendations on what we should do. After getting a couple of other quotes, we went back to Jim because not only was his pricing in line with the other quotes, he was able to come out on very short notice to fix our water.... read more
