To be honest, we haven't bought anything here, but I wish we had and will definitely be calling. The woman I spoke with was very helpful, clearly knowledgeable, friendly, and generally awesome. She saved me the pain and frustration of ordering a part which likely wouldn't have solved our problem. Plus the price she quoted for a replacement part we may need is about 20% below to price from the website where the original unit was bought.
