First off, let me say that Florin, the owner of the company, is very polite and talks to his clients very respectfully. But, in my case, his roof cleaning methods were horrible. I had his company pressure wash the moss off my roof in the summer. I live next to a creek and will not use chemicals that may harm aquatics. I was absent during the cleaning process, but checked the work when I returned home.
