I was in Indiana and I saw this car wash and I’m not from this area but if I were, I do get my car washed there all the time. I think this is the Best auto car wash that I have been to my car was so clean and shiny just like the first day I bought it. I have no complaints. The only thing I wish maybe about 20 more seconds on the blow dryer but besides that I don’t have one bad thing to say about this if you want your car washed in an automatic car wash and you’re in that area go there you would be very pleased.
I got my car washed at Indy Car Wash on Saturday and when it was getting towards the end of the wash my front grille and emblem on my car broke off at the end of the cycle. The attendant saw the piece come off and helped me zip tie it back on, then I called Alex and I explained what happened. He ended up replacing the grille for me and my emblem that broke off. I use this car wash all the time. The other day, I was there very early. I paid for a wash but the door would not open. Called the help number and Alex picked up right away. He was able to help me. Great customer service! Thank you Alex!
Indy Car Wash is my favorite place to wash my car! It is reasonably priced and does a really great job at keeping my car clean! The owner is very kind and helpful.
