I think most of the bad reviews on here are coming from people that must have not paid their rent, got evicted or left the property in bad shape and are sore that they were held accountable, because our experience with All Vegas Properties was not anything like the negative reviews I just read. We ve been renting from AVP for 6 months after a nightmare with another property management company and have had a good experience so far. Communication is great and everything we need is taken care of quickly.
Been renting with them for about 3 years now. Never an issue. They have always been pro-active, friendly and the maintenance guy usually comes out right away. I am yet to see what the move out experience is like but so far, so good.
