I’m retired, live in Texas and spend our summers in Idyllwild California. After calling my health insurance provider for a clinic that accepted my insurance, they listed All Valley Urgent Care in Cali Mesa. I am so happy that they did. I walked in without an appointment and was immediately greeted by the very professional and friendly front desk staff. The vibe in this office was so calming. I’ve been in here a couple times and I’ve had such a great experience. I had a great experience being room by Hetvi the first time and Walter the most recent time I went. They were very thorough and made sure to ask all the right questions that provide providers will also very nice quick and straight to the point. When checking out the front desk MA Karla was also very nice and cheery . Defiantly a 5 star from me. I would recommend checking in online to be seen faster!
I visited this urgent care on Friday the 28th. This place does get busy for sure! I just want to say that this is one of the best urgent cares I have been to in a while. The providers were very thorough and took care of my mom with care and respect. The front desk girl named Karla was very helpful with figuring out our insurance and was very nice throughout the whole process. I had a really good experience at All Valley Urgent Care in Calimesa. Making an appointment was super easy — you can do everything online or call if you prefer. They even have an app you can download, which made checking in and handling everything really convenient. Everyone I dealt with was kind, friendly, and professional, and the whole visit went very smoothly. I never felt rushed and I really appreciated how easy they made the entire process. I would definitely recommend them and would absolutely go back if I needed to!
