Literally called them and just hung up on me while I was still asking my question.
Jody was extremely helpful! Finding storage in the RFV is difficult, and Jody was honest and worked with me. To find the right unit (which changed when I found a place to live). Great units, well kept, and I felt safe.
What a weird conversation. Sounds like a call center.
Talked to the person who answers the phone, Jody, several times. He was rude and unprofessional each time. Didn’t do what was discussed and was difficult to even have a conversation with.
