Great Job. These guys know their stuff when it comes to pools. Dominic is the best.
All Valley did an excellent job re-plastering our pool and their quality was excellent. Receiving communications was a challenge at times but besides that they did an outstanding job.
We had All Valley remodel our pool and install a new water leveller. When the job was completed Dominique charged us $1000.00 more than what he quoted us. The water leveller was installed incorrectly and wouldn't function properly. We contacted Dominique and Steve several times. They assured us us the problem would be fixed. They never attempted to resolve the problem. My wife spoke to Jim several times regarding the issue. Jim was extremely rude to her and would not fix the problem. Built a custom "Spool" for my family. Everything was finished on time with top quality products. Went above and beyond what I expected in timeliness and service. Thanks Jim, great job!
My pool looks like new. They did exactly what I asked and what was on the contract, and in some cases did a little more. After the first crew turned up unnounced, which caused a bit of concern, all subsequent visits were announced before they happenned. Good company, good quality work and knowledgeable people.
Dominic, Jim and Steve were great to work with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work on their pool.
