I can’t say enough good things about this pool store! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist. I struggled for years with multiple pool services and could never keep my pool clean. Terrible miscommunications, In between me , the owner , office lady and technician, what ever they promise to me, they couldn’t fulfill, I have a guy that came this morning and messed up our system and spa, pressing a wrong buttons,, and draining our spa completely , while 4 other pump was running on, , I send them a photo and explain what happened, Thanks God I was at home to stop more damage on our pumps, but they claimed he didn’t do anything wrong…..I hire and fired them In same week, they promised full refund… So unprof... read more

I’ve been paying a pool service since May and my pool has been up and down the whole time. Per the service, I have cut down trees, purchased brand new filters, ran my pump for hours at a time including over night, skimmed and scrubbed daily and my pool levels have never been consistent or “balanced.” I walked in with a sample of my green pool and was hesitant to share my pool issues but as soon as I walked in I was happily greeted and the young lady was EXTREMELY helpful. Disrespectful! Idk how there are so many good reviews. (Exactly why I chose them) The worst pool company I've ever worked with. HORRIBLE communication, I had to call over and over to get them to come fix my pool that I got refilled and they left green. Kept telling me to change out parts but didn't know what I was getting charged because internal communication was bad, they didn't know about invoices so charged me whatever. I would take time off work to make sure I'm there so we can figure out what was wrong with it the pool... read more
