First time pool owner. I have been going to All Valley pool and spa for water testing and a few chemicals. They never waste my time and or try to sell me unnecessary stuff. I had been struggling to clear up my pool water. It was in a constant cloudy state. The water testing would always come back great. After a month I had Jesus come out to check the pool. Prices are higher than other pool supplies and half the tine they dint have the items i need (i/e bromine concentrate or tabs)
I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m very disappointed with my experience at All Valley Pool and Spa Store in Ceres. After our local Leslie’s Pool Store closed, I went to All Valley Pool and Spa to purchase a capacitor for my pool pump. I went there because it was convenient and supports a local business. However, when I went back to get a refund due to it being the wrong part, the owner, Jesus Rodriguez, refused the return saying they “don’t accept returns on electrical items.” However, the receipt’s return policy doesn’t... read more
