Had an issue with one of our heat pumps today and thus no AC. Called this morning and they were able to fit us in the same day and get it back up and running. Wes and Sherry were awesome - will be using them going forward for all of our heating/cooling work.
Excellent service and very friendly staff. They know their business and are priced fairly. Highly recommend their company.
Unfortunately, two no shows for scheduled appointments, with no calls or explanation caused me to find a different company after 15 years. Was told by technician he would do the cleaning on the follow up visit cause of a needed part. Got billed for the cleaning even after he said he didn't do it. Shame what happened to this company.
Dan is very patient, flexible, and understanding in cancelling and rescheduling my appts. Travis was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional in fixing my furnace. I can look forward to winter now a little bit more than usual with a warm home. Also, the fact that they were willing to bill me was super convenient and appreciated for an unexpected home repair.
