Definitely not was given a quote on carpet and padding was lied to for two weeks and then was expected to pay twice the amount of the quote we were given, which was followed by two more days of lies. In two days I got 27 excuses as to why the carpet wasn’t cut, the pad was stuck in Missoula and the price had doubled in four days was finally told that they will not stand behind the quote, and from what the sales lady said they do this a lot but most people don’t look at the numbers they just pay. They were great at the beginning when they come out to do a quote, but try to get them to come out after the install and resolve an install issue and you wait forever. The really frustrating part was the disappointment in waiting for them to come and them never showing up or calling to let you know they couldn't make it. We have had to go with another flooring company now to get our problem resolved.
Replaced my carpet with wood flooring and did an exceptional job!
