My wife was sent here for a general medical exam from the social security administration as part of her application and appeal for disability. We walked in to the office exactly at 2pm as they are closed for lunch from noon to 2pm. We were the first ones to walk in at 2pm so first patient to sign in. She was taken in to a room for some basic health assessment questions by one of the ladies. I've been taking my mom to this doctor for several years now. Here lately the office has been getting worse. The doctor is all buisness. I used to recommend this doctor to family, but not anymore. The nurses will watch you struggle to push a wheelchair through their small rooms and narrow hallway and never offer to help. Recently the office claimed they hadn't recieved important paperwork from my mom's pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy and picked up paperwork to deliver to the doctor's office. Wait time is horrible After the nice receptionist taking my payment then the 45 minute wait just to see the nurse after another 20 minutes the 1 hour wait begins Already looking for another Dr because I feel like a number now after years of service to this guy Won't answer directly Squirts around being placed in a pain management system Don't go in with 2 issues Only 1 issue will be diagnosed and on the 2nd and 2nd copay the other medical problem will addressed Rides your Insurance Why do I need to go in and pay to be told m... read more
