Carsen diagnosed my oil leak quickly and accurately after my dealer screwed up a valve cover job. He walked me through what happened and why it was still leaking and even sent me a video walkthrough. Chris at the front desk is also extremely accommodating and provided great customer service. I would definitely recommend getting your inspections and work done here if you own a Toyota like me. Labor rates are much better than the dealer and all the techs are super easy to talk to.
Chris at All Valley Car Care was outstanding from start to finish. He helped me source the correct parts for my truck, offered thoughtful recommendations, and priced everything fairly and transparently. Both over the phone and in person, he emphasized that their top priority is customer care and doing the job right and they absolutely live up to that. i have been here for 2 different issues first my cars power steering was leaking like crazy i took it here and they replaced 2/3s of my powersteering system and right after i got my car back the rest just went too so i took it back and got it fixed for a small cost and it has been great sense. recently my headlights stopped working i tried trouble shooting but nothing i called multipull places that do speciffly honda and they all refused my car because of its age. this place of course got it in within an hour or so and fixed... read more
Took my car to Christian Bros across the street and they wanted $200 just to look at it (diagnostic)! I saw All Valley across the street and stopped in. Mike the GM behind the counter was awesome, he even told me somewhere else I could get my tire sensor fixed for cheaper. They finished my other repairs quickly and for a very fair price. Glad to have a new trusted mechanic in Gilbert! God bless yall!
I had went to multiple places to change oil and needed transmission fluid done. Every time I leave those places I was never satisfied. It's either a unfamiliar sound of the engine or there's another thing came up. But, ALL VALLEY CAR CARE has met my expectations! Its been 2/3 days my car runs just like how I bought it. Its not even exaggeration. 100/10. Customer service 10/10, Mechanic(s) 10/10 and OWNER 10/10
