I honestly can't thank this shop enough for the work they've done. Between Jason, Chris, Mark, and the technicians that work directly on my car, the service has been amazing. I knew my car was going to be a big job when we brought it in, but it ended up being a can of worms and turning into a very large project. I really appreciate the guys here. Every service I've had so far has been received with no later issues, and they are fully transparent with their findings. If you have a concern, they will look into it. Their inspection reports are informational and leave a non-auto savvy person feeling like they understand what the issues are and how best to care for your vehicle. These guys are great! It is very hard to find decent mechanics that are respectful and not condescending to me. Jason helped me out through the whole process of my transmission rebuild, which was a nightmare but he was easy to work with. Thank you, all valley,!
My 04 corolla died at the gas station next door today and wouldn’t respond to anything. Pushed it on over to this shop and they were happy to work on it with no notice ahead of time. Dropped off at 9, went to work and she was done at 2. The guys here do a great job and do what they say they’re going to do. Didn’t try to charge extra for anything other than what I asked for. Highly recommend and I’m someone who always tries to do his own repairs. Will definitely come back here for things I don’t feel knowledgeable on!
Jason was quite helpful for me! He was dedicated to explaining the problems in depth with my car without making me feel dumb which I really appreciated. He also had a very big transmission job to do, and gave me a discount that basically just resulted in him taking a personal hit on the cost of labor so I could afford to get it done.
