All Valley Car Care has done a fantastic job in helping keep my high mileage 10-year old Chevy Silverado truck operating. If there is an issue with a repair they will do what it takes to make it right. Recently I needed engine repair of all my lifters and they performed expert diagnostics and repair at a fair price. Also, in the recent past I had trouble with my AC that was leaking and they were able to find the leak in a faulty part and replace it.
Jason was quite helpful for me! He was dedicated to explaining the problems in depth with my car without making me feel dumb which I really appreciated. He also had a very big transmission job to do, and gave me a discount that basically just resulted in him taking a personal hit on the cost of labor so I could afford to get it done. I've been to All Valley a couple of times now and have had great service and care! Jason recently helped me deal with an engine issue and his team identified extra work I needed, but that was not required. He explain everything clearly. I appreciated the transparency and timeliness in getting me up and running again.
Very few mechanics out there won't shake down your money and this place is one of them. Jason is so genuine and very kind to fix my drive shaft at an affordable price. I highly recommend coming here because they didn't charge for a diagnosis and they were very reasonable. Please come here!!
These guys feel like family. I was so well taken care of between the diagnostics, repair and billing. They only charge a 50% markup on parts where other shops charge 100%-200% markup. They broke a brittle piece of plastic on my hood and immediately replaced it at no cost. They have consistently gone above and beyond and even have a veteran Euro specialist who is so knowledgeable.
