He helped me source the correct parts for my truck, offered thoughtful recommendations, and priced everything fairly and transparently. I had a fantastic experience with All Valley Car Care at McQueen and Guadalupe. My transmission was slowly going out, and after visiting another shop first, I decided to get a second opinion - and I’m so glad I did. I had went to multiple places to change oil and needed transmission fluid done. Every time I leave those places I was never satisfied. It's either a unfamiliar sound of the engine or there's another thing came up. But, ALL VALLEY CAR CARE has met my expectations! Its been 2/3 days my car runs just like how I bought it. Its not even exaggeration. 100/10. Customer service 10/10, Mechanic(s) 10/10 and OWNER 10/10

Dont recommend. I had two cars serviced here both for ac repairs. One of them the ac repair was done well although it still sometimes struggles to blow cold air. The repair man was very communicative, however pressured us to finance another unnecessary repair alongside the ac. The other car's as turned out fine, however during the repair one of the engine mounts was damaged and they refused to fix it or even acknowledge that there was an issue.
