DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! They are very unethical. They are sending me bills almost a year after terminating my plan with them. This is AFTER I paid my final invoice months ago. Poor communication and I seriously doubt that they know how to manage a retirement plan.
Il be dead by the time my distribution paperwork is sent out.
You can call 30 times leave messages they still won't call you back
I recently requested my 401k and it went very smoothly. I just retired and have submitted all documents and hope to receive my funds soon. The staff has communicated and given me status of my process.
Go with another company! Stay away unless like automated bots running the show. Will never do business here again. I have never seen such a poor display of customer service. They will not lift a finger for you. All they do is tell you what you do wrong and do nothing to assist. If you enjoy talking to a brick wall that spits out automated emails, this is the place for you.
