I have already spoken to them about my retirement fund, I have spoken to a human about this. And they sent a letter to someone who should not have any information about me, saying they haven't been able to contact me. AFTER I spoke to a human on the phone. If they can find the address of someone that is harmful to me, why can't they call me? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! They are very unethical. They are sending me bills almost a year after terminating my plan with them. This is AFTER I paid my final invoice months ago. Poor communication and I seriously doubt that they know how to manage a retirement plan.
Il be dead by the time my distribution paperwork is sent out.
