Very difficult to purchase school uniforms when they do not restock pants and shorts throughout the year. You can try to purchase a larger size and hope your child fits in them when the weather changes, but if they don't the 30 day return policy really puts parents in a tough spot. At least allow exchanges or credit if returned with the receipt and tags still on. Or restock throughout the year so we can buy bottoms as needed. Staff can be very nice, however they do not know a lot of information when you ask questions.
Poor customer service. Workers are rude everytime I go in there. Only one person working, who does nothing but complain about the store and working there. Wouldn't shop here unless you have to.
