Ordered almost a month now and I’m having a hard time getting in contacting with someone at the 790 Hialeah location . No one ever answers the phone or responds to emails ……………. I just want to know when my order will be shipped or at this point just give me a refund

went to your store located on Phillips highway in Jacksonville,FL. went to check out and they said oh cash only because our internet just went down because Comcast showed up to fix and issue. They scheduled an appointment during peak store hours with back to school shopping. not only that but they didn't even announce to the people shopping in the store that their systems would be going down. I placed an order and paid, funds already taken. I have never order from here before, so a little skeptical. My order is still in placed status. I have called, left voicemails and have sent emails with no response. All I wanted to know was how long does it usually take to ship. I also expressed I was not intending to rush, that I just am worried that I may have been scammed or is this business legit. I have never received a response. Customer service is non existent. No one answers the phone , called corporate no one answers the phone . No tracking information for online orders .
I spend nearly a $1000 each year on school uniforms for my children at the Fort Myers All Uniform. They never get the order correct. It is the closest store to my home which is 45 minutes one way. This last order they could not even spell my son's name correctly for his jacket. Even though it was placed online with the correct spelling. They expect me to drive backup to Fort Myers to pick it up and refuse to provide free shipping for their mistake.

I had high hopes when I first found this company to order custom embroidered scrub tops from. There were local companies that were offering competitive pricing for the embroidery, but I figured the hassle of ordering the shirts and then taking them somewhere else wasn't worth it. So, I order the shirts... they were very responsive in the beginning, sending me an email explaining that the tops I wanted wouldn't be in until 10/25 and asked if that timeline was ok.
