Dawn and her crew have been so helpful and took care of all the issues we needed. Great company to work for and so helpful. We are lucky to have them in our community!
We had 3 pin oak trees that needed much overdue trimming. Dawn and her crew were great. They put us in touch with a Master Arborist to take care of some disease and then they came out to take care of deadlimbing and weight reduction. Our trees were close to our home, shed, fence, and power lines and the yard area is small. They did a great job dropping limbs without damage to anything, and they cleaned up all the limbs, leaves and debris. I was impressed with their quality of work, prompt service, and fair price. Appointment was scheduled in advance; however, that day and time came and went with no call or message from this company. As I did not hear from her, I called to remind her that we had had a scheduled appointment earlier that morning. She said there had been an emergency with an employee's spouse, and that she would be out of town next week. They removed 2/3 of the down tree we had removed we paid in full. They never returned. It’s been about two months now .originally said they would be back in a few days.
