Appointment was scheduled in advance; however, that day and time came and went with no call or message from this company. As I did not hear from her, I called to remind her that we had had a scheduled appointment earlier that morning. She said there had been an emergency with an employee's spouse, and that she would be out of town next week. They removed 2/3 of the down tree we had removed we paid in full. They never returned. It’s been about two months now .originally said they would be back in a few days.
