I had a home warranty that did NOT cover my replacement; however, when I was finally was assigned US Rooter to my claim, they reached out and came the same day. Lawson was very professional and polite. He worked as quickly as he could to get me hot water again.

DO NOT USE US ROOTER. They are completely unreliable and they out and out lied to me. They miss appointments. Not once...several times. Then they tell me they called to reschedule. Not on my voicemail or call logs they didn't. Also they lied about submitting a report to the warranty company! I've never written a bad review on Yelp before but this one is over due!

Great company, they were quick to assess the leak and got it fixed quickly as possible. Lawson the Technician was very helpful and knowledgeable! I will be recommending this company to family and friends!!

We were exceptionally pleased with the service we received from U. S. Rooter. They addressed our plumbing problems immediately. Assessment, detection and repair all made with in 24 hours after a frustrating three week fiasco and no show by another plumbing co. Lawson was particularly excellent to work with as well as knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.
