Chip provided the upmost of service while doing our inspection. It seemed like he checked every specific area of the home during the inspection. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains things through out the inspection. We know clearly what shape the house is in down to the smallest of details. The inspection report I was delivered to us very promptly. We highly recommend Chip for each and every home being considered to purchase.

We’ve had Chip out twice now, and both times he did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable and personable, making the whole inspection process smooth and easy to understand. With all the stress of the home buying experience, choosing Chip as our home inspector was the best choice! Scheduling was flexible and accommodating, he gave us a heads up about lendors acceptance of reports. His process at the home was thorough and he is very knowledgeable in his field.
