Fred and his team took EXCELLENT care of us, even on Christmas Eve. We were on the road when my Jeep broke down. Not only did Fred fix my Jeep in time to get to Tahoe for Christmas, he went above and beyond helping us arrange rides for us and our dogs, to making sure my tires and wipers were safe for the road.
