Mo and John are the best. The work is solid and I feel so comfortable as a woman going in there alone. Personable, friendly. Clear communication.
I came in with a deflating tire, no idea what caused it. Mo and John took it in , checked it out and I was out in 10 minutes. No charge, it was just the valve leaking. Great experience, my go-to car place from now on.
Mo and John took great care of my 2011 4-runner when it needed some maintenance. I especially appreciated their clear and consistent communication through the inspection and repair process. Highly recommended!
Post Since Transition to Blue Ridge (10/8/25): It looks as though the ownership of MMR has changed since my last visit, but luckily they still have the same fantastic service as Blue Ridge Automotive! I also noticed some helpful changes like online payment and a key drop for after hours drop-off.
