Brought my car in for a pre scheduled oil change and when arrived there was note on door saying staff were out of area at a training for next several days. Received no call to cancel or reschedule. Website down and calls go right to voice mail which I expected but figured they would at least check voice mails while away and return customer calls. Very poor customer service on their part!
I can say this the best mechanic I have gone to in a very long time we have one car they worked with us to pay and even brought us home and picked us up I will be going here from now on
