Initial impressions were great but it only took 1 month of care before money was stolen from my parent. In addition, care givers were not reporting money “tips” being given to them until I reported it. I was not satisfied with their investigation or follow up on that matter. In addition, the original Care plan was not followed as initially set up which caused unnecessary issues. Care givers mostly sat on their phones and one even took a nap.
We had a great experience with the All Trust team. Jen was very helpful on the phone, and Donna met with us right away. Caregivers Tiffany, Siennah, and Ernestina gave my mom companionship and care when she needed it the most. Reesie in HR was always there to answer our questions and make adjustments when need be. Thank you, All Trust.
